European Media requires the brain to work

Hi my friends. So we are taking media this year and we are gonna learn how to classify advertisments and other forms of media that is why i would like to share with you those pictures my eyes caught while i was surfing the internet. Those are european advertisments for different products.
Tell me what do you think of them and whether they succeeded in catching your eye?
Did those pictures made you excited to know the products they are advertising for? If yes dont you think they were clever? And at last would it be fair to compare such advertisments with arabian advertisments?
Some picture makes your brain think and squeeze which is very suspenseful ...how clever.
By the way i wasn't able to figure out some pictures so share your ideas with us
no wonder europe was able to reach the moon

Mouth freshener look at the corner (try to analyze)

nail biter

i guess he is trying to reach the switch
i dont know but it looks like a zoo or something

  1. there is no way of comparison between their way in catching the audience attention and in the arabian advertisements way,you said it they use thier brains in the correct way unlike our people they put their minds aside hehehe

  2. nice! :)
the sole reason why their ads are more entertaining is just what you said: you need to think them through
ok so here's how i understood them:
1- his breath's so horrible, the medical team needs the breathing-helper-thingies !!
2-i think it's pretty obvious but it's very smart in its simplicity :)
3-*blank face* ; maybe it's an ad for an easier way to deal with plugs and electrical appliances??
4-i don't think this one's an ad; it looks like part of a movie or something; but still fun to look at
5-i have no idea whatsoever; is it about safe traveling?? or being so comfortable you're oblivious to everything else??

    well, thanks Nadia !

    (ok wow. that's long :P )

  3. Wow...
Someone's using her blog in the right way. This will definetly impress/flater mrs.shabana :)
1-An ad abt a mouth freshner. The medical team are rescuing themselves frm the horrible breath of the patient...Mayb the freshner is small enough that you can have it with u even when ur sick && DYING....
2-REALLY Smart & Simple..ppl can catch the point of the ad by taking a quick glance at the bag.
3-mayb its an ad abt a remote control for switches. mayb the appliance that is in his hand has a short cord so he cant reach the switch...(no clue)
4- A zoo or a park were u could safely get close to wild animals...
5-Umm.. i dont know abt that 1.Mayb its abt smthn u drink or eat that makes u carefree/safe????

I ♥ ur post! Keep posting stuff!

  5. Nadia your post is really intresting as you said we have to squeeze our minds to understand them and Arabian ads look nothing like these the just give yo the product without even thinking about the ad.
1-The medical team are nearly dying from the patients bad breath.
2-the bag tells people what is the ad all about.
3-I think this is like a electrical vacuum ad i guess.
4-I think it is a car ad because of the shiny reflection and the lion is there to tell us it is the safest car ever.
5-It is a shoes ad because under the picture in small print there are the words hush puppies and this is a shoes company.

  7. Hi,Nadia surely impressive.Well, let me put on my thinking cap ,your peers have solved all the conundrums I agree with zeina the last one is about shoes either to evade the sharks or to attract them, and the car ad is either the lady observing something on the billboard that looks so real like a camera or the transparent, glossy windows..the other one is more about electrical extensions to make life easy..what do you think Nadia? You have to solve the mystery.........};
